With every bottle of Tommy’s Gin sold, we donate a proceed to British Military Charities.
Thomas, one of our directors, followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the Army serving in the 1st Battalion, Parachute Regiment (1PARA). Thomas completed multiple tours including spells in Northern Ireland, Kosovo and Sierra Leone and has served as a private Military Contractor in Afghanistan. Today, Thomas still serves with the 4th Battalion, Parachute Regiment (4PARA) and continues to support the festival of Remembrance as the Parade Commander in Portree. Military charities are close to our hearts and we take great pride in distilling Tommy’s Gin.
Tommy’s gin was one of the first in the UK to be distilled with Poppy seeds. Other botanicals include juniper, coriander, liquorice root, blaeberry and sweet orange.
We draw inspiration for our imagery and artwork on Tommy’s Gin bottle from the Commando Memorial near Spean Bridge which we pass every week as we deliver our gin to the mainland. Enjoy notes of the sweetness of Poppy with a small hint of liquorice, the tartness of blaeberries and a hint of sweet orange to leave a balanced citrus finish.
We recommend serving Tommy’s Gin with a Scottish tonic water and garnish with a wedge of lemon and some fresh blaeberries (Scottish blueberries).
45% ABV.
