They very much went above and beyond for my order. They were currently sold out, and when I reached out about ordering one for my wedding (we got engaged on the Isle of Skye), they were very quick to respond. Barry was extremely nice and replied to all my emails within a day. He had a pen made in just a few days and had it shipped international with plenty of time to spare.
The pen itself is great. It’s very well made and gorgeous. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a pen that makes a statement or for a sentimental gift.
