Under the sea picture boxes are inspired by Shetland beaches. The different seaweeds have been machine embroidered and each box contains Shetland sea glass that I have collected from beaches around Shetland.
Each box will be unique in its own way.

Shipping Policy
I aim to dispatch my items within 3-5 business working days, but sometimes delays may occur. As I am based in Shetland please allow an extra 2-3 days for postal deliveries. Orders can be cancelled at anytime before shipping. Once item is shipped then the refund policy takes effect.
Refund Policy
Non custom items can be returned with 14 days. They must be returned unused/unworn and in the original state there where sent in. If the item is faulty then a full refund and return postage will be refunded once the item has been returned and has been inspected. Non faulty items will be refunded once returned and inspected but the customer will be liable for return postage costs. Please return using tracked postage as Jade Crafts Shetland will not be liable if the parcel was to go missing.
Unless the product description mentions otherwise, we aim to ship products within 2-3 business days using Royal Mail.
Shipping costs depend on the product, and the method the vendor has chosen. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you proceed with the order.
