This is a Turquoise stone doughnut shaped with copper wire wrap can be worn either side as different on back or front. Copper is well known to aid painful arthritis, since early 20th century, although I cannot verify this as I am not a doctor. It has been said that copper is a healing element for pains such as arthritis according to some medical persons.

*Please do not wear this in the shower/bath or torrential rain, if wet dry with kitchen paper towel dabbing lightly then air dry, as this will tarnish, if this happens use a jewellery cloth on it and shine away the tarnish.
