A quality print of an original mixed media and oil painting of a Scottish beach. Done with a collage under painting with stamped paper and textured rice paper. The art work measures 8×8 inches, the quality stuff white card mount is 10 inches. I used artists’ quality oil paints so the colours are particularly vivid. The inspiration for this was a walk along this beach on the West Coast of Scotland when I had the whole beach for myself (& my dogs!)on a bright spring day. On the upper left of the art work a little red heart shows through from the textured paper underneath. Hand stamped paper with butterflies on it can be seen shining through adding texture and depth to the sandy beach. It is backed with stiff card and packed in a cellophane presentation bag so would make a great gift
