Set on the Western side of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, the family fudge business run by Paul and Kelly started in their converted shipping container in March 2017.
Situated next to the open expanse of Loch Roag in the village of Breasclete, overlooked by the mountains and hills of Bernera and Uig, our fudge is made the traditional way using a copper kettle, cooled, hand-whipped on a marble slab and then poured into moulds. Once set, each fudge is hand cut into approximately 125g bars then lovingly wrapped, weighed and labelled.
We love to experiment with different flavours to give fresh modern tastes as well as keeping traditional ones.
Producing the fudge with the atmospheric changes of the Outer Hebrides can definitely be a challenge!!
