We’ve got mustard from Harris and tea from Tiree. There’s sweet jam and delicious Fatty Cutties from Orkney, not to mention a boozy sauce from Lismore, and chocolate delights from Islay!

Originating from Westray (an outer island of Orkney) these moreish biscuits are made with Orkney butter and cooked on a griddle.
Cranachan in a bottle – Lismore
This boozy dessert sauce is made with 25% whisky and real raspberries. Pour it over ice cream, cheesecake and strawberries or make amazing cocktails by stirring into prosecco or a sparkling rośe!
Orkney Rhubarb and Raspberry Jam
Made with Orkney Rhubarb and with a wee hint of Star Anise, this incredible jam has a real depth of flavour.
