Hand knitted cap-sleeve pullover in beautiful shades of coastal green, in lightweight, soft and smooth 100% Peruvian Highland wool.
I developed this pattern because I get a bit hot in fully sleeved jumpers, and this offers a practical combination of core warmth and arm freedom for those of us who like to exert ourselves in the great outdoors, and not get our sleeves caught on fencing wire or armfuls of kindling!
This was knitted mostly whilst hunkered down in the dunes around Gott Bay, looking out to the tidal island of Soa, often before a dash into the colder-than-it-looks Hebridean blue seas.
One size fits most – it’s spacious! That’s me in the photos and I’m a UK size 10 -ish. Hand wash.
