These earrings are made with faceted rainbow moonstone teardrop briolettes at the end, with 4 rondells of the same stones above.
The Gemstones are AAA quality and I had them hand cut by experts in India.
The spacer bead, ear hooks and wire used is all gold vermeil, which is gold on top of sterling 925 silver.
One of the things I enjoy is to find rare quality gemstones all over the world. These stones then inspire me to make creations, which are sometimes quite simple and classic like these ones and other times, intricate and time consuming. I am a carer in the community in the western Isles, so in between my care work and my walks, I fill my time by making and designing jewellery or in my studio making art.
