customers have a 14 day period after receiving item to cancel and then a further 14 days to return the item. Refund will be processed after returned item is received.

Any damage to parcel or order buy shipping/courier will be raised and a complaint procedure made with them by myself, With the damaged item/parcel returned to myself and then a replacement item sent to customer.
