Across the Machair
This is a print of an original mixed media and oil painting I did of the Outer Hebrides. The original is painted on a birch wood board. I stuck hand stamped paper to the board to give texture and depth, this can be seen in the detail photos. I used acrylic paint and pastels as an under painting and oil for the final painting. The art work measures 9″x 6″. I have placed it in a cream coloured mount measuring 12″x 8″ and backed it with stiff card so it is ready to frame. It is in a cellophane presentation bag so is ready to frame. It will be posted first class as a large letter via Royal Mail.
