Based in the Orkney IslandsMulti award-wining hand-crafted spirits made in Burray, Orkney by our small family business. Our spirits are inspired by our family's Orcadian and Norse history, with tales of the 'Selkie Folk' highlighted on our stoneware and glassware bottles. All our bottles remind us of old stone and glassware found on the beach below our distillery. We use traditional techniques and both home-grown and foraged botanicals to make our award-winning seven times distilled spirits. Our latest spirit, Orkney Akvavit is the first Akvavit made in Scotland, with beautiful refreshing notes (not unlike a gin) and a delightful caraway forward.
