A cottage industry first created as gift-bag fillers, our Orkney Produce now generates regular orders throughout the island and beyond. Proud members of the Orkney Farmers’ Market Association, we love working with local producers to create bespoke products. We use Orkney beremeal from Barony Mill, Orkney butter, Orkney rhubarb, Orkney Roastery coffee, junipers from Deerness Distillery and our home-grown fruit in the meringues. JP flavours include, Piccalilli, Orkney Rhubarb Chutney, Spiced Beetroot Relish, Caramelised Carrot Chutney, Orkney Rhubarb Jam, Rhubarb and Raspberry Jam, Fatty Cutties, Lemon Drizzle, Orkney Brownie Stars to name a few.
